UNITED NATIONS (AP) -- In a story Aug. 1 about the relationship between the United Nations and private security companies, The Associated Press reported erroneously that DynCorp, a company linked to the U.S. rendition program for terrorist suspects, had recently won a U.S. State Department contract to participate in U.N. operations in Haiti.
